WHO IS PHIA SKY AND WHY SHOULD I CARE
I am Phia Sky! I'm an artist/producer/mix engineer/DJ born and bred in Manchester UK. I make electronic pop + dance music, in the styles of acid, breakbeat, electro and gabber. One thing I like to do to keep things interesting is use outdated equipment to create/at least inspire the creation of my tunes. My live show involves a lot of running around, shouting into autotune, and there's even a Nintendo DS section where ppl in the crowd can manipulate the tune on it as it's playing!
DJ wise I play lots of electro, breakbeat, techno, and a healthy helping of oldskool hardcore. These are DIFFERENT TO MY LIVE SETS! I will not be running round shouting like a crazy northern bitch, - it is me who will be watching YOU and trying to make you pop pussy
I'm also half of Flowers of Evil which is an electropop duo. We perform live in a hybrid live + DJ setup and wear silly cunty outfits. We even got in the Guardian as one of Manchester's up and coming ones to watch which is cool!
I do freelance work too in all sorts of genres. If you need production/mixing/engineering/mastering/want me to plug stuff in in your nightclub/venue/studio then hmu.I do cost actual money though and require a clear deadline Just realised I never said why you should care..... well I mean you've read this far
